Yirgacheffe Idido is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated specialty coffee regions, in the Gedeo Zone of the South Ethiopia Regional State. High elevation, fertile soils, a favorable climate, and abundant rainfall create ideal conditions for exceptional Arabica coffee. Coffee lovers prize Idido for its bright acidity, floral fragrance, and complex cup.
