Our coffee subscription box comes with your choice between one to three of our signature Laidrey organic 12 oz whole bean coffee bags.
Can I change the delivery frequency of my coffee subscription box?
You can change the delivery frequency of your coffee subscription box from our subscriptions portal! Simply enter your email to receive your sign in link where you can access your subscription information. Once in the subscriptions portal, you can update your delivery between our bi-weekly and monthly options.
What if my delivery address changes?
Simply update your new delivery address in our subscriptions portal to receive your coffee subscription box at your new location!
Can I skip a delivery interval when needed for a coffee subscription box?
Yes! Through our subscriptions portal, you can both skip an upcoming charge, which will show on your billing interval, or pause your subscription until you are ready to resume deliveries again.
How do I cancel my coffee subscription box?
To cancel or pause your coffee subscription box, head to our subscriptions portal and enter your email to receive a sign in link. Once in your subscription portal, you can pause or completely cancel your subscription order to stop recurring payments.
Can I reactivate my coffee box subscription if I pause or cancel it?
Yes you can reactivate your subscription at any time from your subscription portal, or sign up for a new subscription with your preferred choices instead.
