Our new decaf coffee comes from the Norcafe Cooperative, second generation coffee farmers known for producing award winning coffees in the Amazonas highlands of northern Peru. The area has been a popular location for hosting coffee crops for over 200 years, where a majority of Peruvian coffee production takes place thanks to its vibrant landscape and ancient coffee growing traditions.
This decaf coffee is a Swiss Water® Process coffee, made using pure green coffee extract and carbon technology to extract caffeine from coffee beans in a natural way. The result is a rich decaf coffee with tasting notes of chocolate, almond, and biscotti.
Tasting notes include chocolate, almond, and biscotti.
